FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) Do I have to order or can I just stop in and pick up some goodies?
A) We do try to have a good variety of products on hand when we open and would love for you to drop in anytime and see everything we have. However, if you wish to order full trays or large quantites for pickup, please give us a call during business hours (613-453-5589) or message us on our Facebook page (@ketonapanee) or send us an email at
firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not have full trays on hand for walk ins.
2) Are your products gluten free?
A) We only use almond flour or coconut flour in our Keto products. We are NOT a certified wheat free facility.
3) Should my goodies be refrigerated/frozen?
A) We recommend keeping your goodies in the fridge until you are ready to eat them. They should be good in the fridge for 4-5 days otherwise pop in the freezer and you should be good for a few months. Just remember to repackage them first in proper freezer storage bags.
4) Do you ship/deliver?
A) At this time these services are not available
5) Are your products vegan?
A) Most of our products contain eggs, butter &/or cream and would not be suitable for a vegan diet.
6) Do you have any dairy free products?
A) Almost all of our products contain butter at very minimum, however heavy cream and cream cheese are usued in many of our products. At this time we do not make any of our products using the dairy free substitutes as most are considered not keto due to their ingredients used to replace the dairy.
7) What if I have allergies?
A) There are some allergies we can accomidate easily in some products. If you have allergies please let us know and we will try our best to provide you with some goodies. Please understand that not all our products would be fully customizable for allergies or food choices. If you do have allergies we recommend you place orders rather then just dropping in to pick up items so that we can take extra precautions to guard against cross contamination.
8) Do you make birthday cakes? Do I have to order them or do you have them on hand?
A) Yes we do! Please contact us and we will walk you through the options we have available. As these are specialty items they would need to be ordered a few days in advance. It is very rare that we would have any available without an order.
9) What sweetener do you use?
A) We use Swerve which is an erythritol based sweetener and is considered a sugar alcohol. For the majority of the population this sweetener has no impact on blood sugar levels but if you are diabetic you should consume our products in small doses until you confirm there is no increase in your personal levels. We do NOT use xylitol in any of our baking as it is deadly to dogs.
